Buying From Andamento

For items in stock, the photograph you see is of the actual item you will receive. (Note therfore that there is only one mirror or suncatcher available per photograph, for multiple orders of one design please read the paragraph below regarding the ordering out of stock items.)

If you purchase a mirror or suncatcher which is out of stock I will create a new version for you. Please be aware that although this new item will be created to the same design as the original, my mirrors are hand decorated therefore no two mirrors are ever identical - each mirror is unique. (For example, see the various 45 x 24cm mirrors with the border of leaves: although made to the same design, the lead details vary slightly from mirror to mirror.) I will typically require 28 days in addition to the normal delivery time to make a new mirror. If I am particularly busy and unable to meet the 28 day deadline I will let you know in advance and give you a full refund if the new timescale does not suit.

If you wish to order a personalised mirror please contact me to discuss your requirements, the suitability of the mirror design is dependent on the name length, or you may wish a different colour scheme, or perhaps a totally new design. I will typically require 28 days in addition to the normal delivery time to make the mirror. Again, If I am unable to meet the 28 day deadline I will let you know in advance.

Methods of Payment

On-line

On-line payements are made via ; simple, secure and free to use. There is no obilgation to have a Paypal account to use Paypal as you can pay with any debit or credit card.

How to make an on-line purchase:

Standard Mirrors and Suncatchers: If you have decided you'd like to purchase an item simply click the "add to basket" button displayed beside the particular item you'd like to buy. Repeat this for all the items you wish to purchase! You can view and alter the contents of your basket at any time by clicking the "View basket" button (displayed at the bottom left of each page) and, when you are ready, simply click the "proceed to checkout" button to make payment. Postage costs are calculated and added automatically.

Personalised Mirrors: please contact me to discuss your requirements. I will create a personalised invoice and send you a PayPal money request.

Off-line

If you'd rather pay off-line I will accept personal cheques please contact me to arrange purchase.

Postage and Packing

For UK orders all postage and packing costs are included in the displayed price.

Please contact me for p&p costs if buying from outwith the UK.

Due to the use of real lead, the mirrors and suncatchers are quite heavy for their size. They also need to be well packaged for protection during shipment - all flat items will have full edge protection and all items will be wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap before being boxed.

Delivery

Items in stock will be dispatched within 3 working days of cleared payment. A confirmation email will be sent as soon as your parcel has been dispatched. Shipment is via Royal Mail first class recorded delivery which takes 1 - 2 working days. Items will need to be signed for upon receipt.

For items made to order please allow an additional 2 weeks delivery time.

Returns

Privacy

Andamento will use your personal information only for the purposes of responding to your emails and delivering your order. Andamento never has access to your debit/credit card details as Paypal is used to handle all on-line payments.
